The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights
Cancelling the contract
To cancel an order please call us on 01579 347 237 between 9.30 and 4.30 Monday - Saturday. Call costs in line with regular UK landline calls.
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 7 working days without giving a reason. In the case of goods the 7 working days must start from the day after the day that the consumer receives the good. It is only the cancellation notice that must be given with the cancellation period. There is no requirement for goods to be returned within the cancellation period, but we would require the return of the goods within an agreed timeframe.
In the even of a cancellation, the customer may be required to pay for the return of the goods. We will return the customers money within 30 days of cancellation.
This section has been introduced to incorporate the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Further information on this can be found on the Department of Trade and Industry website at

Returns and refunds
Any products returned to Craft-Box within 10 days of you receiving the goods will receive a full refund including delivery costs. Products must be returned in good condition to: 7 Fore Street, Liskeard, Cornwall PL14 3JA
Shipping & Handling
Post & packing charges:
Free on orders over £20.00
£2.50 for orders under £20
Post & packing to Rest of World = £5.00 / order.
For heavy items we might need to charge you more. In this case we will contact you with the full cost of your order including the postage before dispatch. You are perfectly entitled to cancel the order at this point.
Dispatch Dates
Products are usually dispatched on the same day we receive your order. Delivery normally takes no longer than 5 days for the UK, and 14 days for the Rest of the World. Products are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force in the case of larger packages.
If we need to order an item (for instance if the item is out of stock) we will contact you with details of when we will have it, and when your order will be sent. If you do not want to wait for the backorder you can cancel at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you need special delivery arrangements, please let us know at the time of order.
VAT
All prices include VAT @ 20% (where applicable).
In the case of overseas orders from countries where VAT is not payable we will deduct the VAT from the order.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted using secure SSL encryption.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

Paying by Cheque
If you wish to pay by cheque, please make them payable to Trewen Ltd, and send them to: 7 Fore Street, Liskeard, Cornwall, UK, PL14 3JA.
Goods will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared.
Remittance Terms
Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
