Textile Paints
We Stock a range of different textile paints for different fabrics and different effects.
Pebeo - Setasilk is a thin delicate silk paint. The colours are fixed by ironing.
Colours that can be mixed or used directly from the bottle to obtain
bright refined tones. we also stock the Pebeo setaskrib pens, suitable
for all fabrics. Once again colours can be fixed using an iron.
Jacquard - We stock a range of different Jaquard textile paints.
- Lumiere - this
is a stunning assortment of metallic and pearlescent colours. These
paints brush on easily and are designed not to spread.The high
pigmentation provides excellent coverage. It even works on dark
backgrounds. It works on a wide range of fabric, from natural and
synthetic fibres to leather, wood and paper.
- Textile Colours - these
colours and fluorescents are great! They can be applied in a range of
different ways and still leave your fabric as soft as possible. They
colours can be diluted down to create beautiful transparent colours.
This paint is completely colourfast on natural and synthetic fibres and
can be fixed with an iron.
- Dye-Na-Flow - this
is a paint for use on any untreated fabric. It spreads on fabric until
it is thoroughly absorbed and even. It works on any type of fibre,
natural or synthetic. It can be applied in a wide range of different
ways, and can be heat set using an iron.
Markal paintstiks
- are sticks of oil paint which can be used on fabric or canvas. The
stick can be used straight on to the surface or colour can be picked of
with a brush. When used on fabric it can be heatset after 24 hours. The
iridescent range is extremely popular especially with the textile
artists.
